Purpose of processing
Data is used exclusively to provide the wake-up service, ensure platform security, and fulfil legal obligations.
Storage location
All personal data is stored exclusively on servers in Switzerland (Zurich, Exoscale).
Retention
Data is deleted once the purpose of processing has been fulfilled and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Data security
Data is encrypted using AES-256-GCM. Passwords are stored as Argon2id hashes only. All connections use HTTPS/TLS 1.3.
No recording
Neither classic calls nor Direct-Audio Wake sessions are recorded without explicit consent from both parties.

We use only technically necessary session cookies. No third-party tracking.
