Terms and Conditions

These T&Cs govern the use of the weckmichauf.ch platform. By registering you accept these terms.

1. Service description

weckmichauf.ch connects verified wake-up providers with users. Three modes are available: Classic Call, Coffee & Pastry, and Direct-Audio Wake.

2. Registration & verification

Users must be of legal age. Providers undergo identity verification. False statements result in immediate suspension.

3. Phone number protection

All calls are routed through an anonymised Twilio bridge. Providers never receive the real number of users, and vice versa.

4. Direct-Audio Wake

This mode requires a confirmed pairing with double opt-in. Either party may revoke the pairing at any time. The kill switch disconnects immediately.

5. Pricing & billing

Basic is free (3 wake-ups/month). Plus CHF 9.90/month, Premium CHF 19.90/month. Coffee & Pastry billed separately (max. CHF 15.00) — monthly invoice or direct transfer.

6. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 30 minutes before the scheduled wake time.

7. Code of conduct

Disrespectful behaviour, attempts to exchange private contact details, or fraud result in immediate suspension.

8. Liability

The platform is not liable for damages caused by a late or missed wake-up attributable to the provider.

9. Governing law

Swiss law applies. Jurisdiction: Zurich.
